HAYNES JOHNSON

Haynes has been a Charleston Real Estate Industry Specialist since 2006. He attended the College of Charleston and majored in Marketing & Finance. Having lived and worked in the Lowcountry for over 25 years, he is exceptional at put-ting people with properties that fit their personalities. He specializes in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Haynes, his wife Gail, daughter Sophie and their Boxer named Maya live across the Ravenel Bridge in Mt. Pleasant!

Christos is a Charleston native who has been passionate about helping others buy and sell Real Estate since 2014. After graduating from Coastal Carolina, Christos moved back to Charleston where he not only brings a personal knowledge of the local Real Estate, but he makes it a point to get to know his clients on a personal level to help identify their specific wants and needs. Both Lennar and Mungo Homes have recognized him for sales skills. In 2017 he received the Platinum Circle of Excellence from Carolina One. He and his wife Rachelle now reside in West Ashley with their 2 dogs, Nala and Bambi.

Originally from Boston, MA, Joy and her husband moved to Charleston, SC in 2015. They absolutely love the history, culture, and the climate of this beautiful city and are so delighted to call Charleston home. Joy has spent the last 25+ years in the hospitality industry, and is beyond excited to bring her passion for meeting, working with, and helping people in this new direction in her career.
